LowGrade fever for 5 week

Question

Asked for Male, 32 Years

I have a low grade fever for 5 weeks, have took antibiotic and anti allergic for 2 weeks, but no help. Also have done test for tb, typhoid, malaria, widal, dengue, hepatitis b and c but all are negative. Which test should I get now to get to right diagnose.

have u get ur urine examination done.. also when did u get your typhoid test done...it comes to be sometimes negative in early days of fever..also is there any history of any underline gall bladder or kidney stone
