I am 5 weeks pregnant and got an ultrasound and was seen the embryo was implanted little low in uterus than expected .. I have prescribed few tablets and injection for the support. As days pass will the sac go upwards ? Or will I have a risk of abortion ?

It won't go up. Risk of abortion will be there but strictly follow your obstetrician orders and avoid exertion.
