It looks like Radiating Pain from Nerve root.. must visit an Orthopaedic or a Physiotherapist first... Also rest completely and Avoid Forward bending Movement... Some Exercises and Medicines for Pain relief will be primary treatment... Also need to avoid aggravating Factors

It's due to spinal disc lesions at the level of l5-S1 ,it's known as spinal radiculopathy

Hi.. First need to visit an orthopeadic surgen,,, medicines are must.. and cause has to be known.. For time being start with-Hot water fromantation-apply myolaxin ointment,,,, Visit nearest physiotherapy center for some strengethening exercises.. Thank u.!!

First do MRI. Take pain medication after consulting with doctor.
