Lower teeth gums pain
Hi doc,
I hav this habit of rinsing my mouth with water after having food, but oflate whenever i rinse my mouth, my lower teeth gums are aching, plz help...

Check if you have plaque deposits between the teeth and under the gum line. Do you have bad breath?
You can use triphala decoction as mouth wash.Add Arimedadi thailam with warm water/ triphala decoction( precautions to be taken)or with coconut oil for Kabalam/oil pulling.
