Lower stomach pain
I have a pain in lower abdominal since two days , it first occur when I was in toilet, i was in a lot of pain in starting, on second day I was better but on third day after going to toilet I have a severe pain in lower part. In changing positions also I have pain and I also have some constipation also from first day.

Hello urinary tract infection and dysmenorrhoea should be ruled out consult obg specialist for further evaluation and treatment.
For constipation problem you need to take in a lot of roughage like green leafy vegetables and fruits drink plenty of water and do exercise regularly consult physician for further evaluation and treatment.
