I am having neck pain which is frequent like sometimes I can feel it and sometimes not.
I can't sleep on my stomach facing the right side because it stretches the neck and it hurts. The pain is not that sharp but it's uncomfortable and I can't sleep.
Also sometimes at night my hands feel too weak while sleeping like they don't have any energy to move at all.
My Vitamin B12 is borderline around 200. Could the deficiency be causing the issue?
