Lower neck pain
I am having very bad lower back neck pain resulting in the pain in left arm as well. I am not sure of the reason as it happened for the first time.

This may be due to nerve compression from cervical region. If there is any history of neck injury/ strenuous driving or jerk on the neck then you need to get an MRI done to be specific wth diagnosis. You may start Traction, TENS and SWD in physio to have some relief
