Lower back pain may be due to muscular spasms, INTESTINAL causes, and other pelvic causes. Xray normal doesn't mean that it is not a muscular or spine related problem. A detailed evaluation is needed. Does the pain radiate to legs etc. Any digestive SYMPTOMS ?
