Been 18 months now got treated but again it comes when i raise my right leg so there is pain in the lower back also in the movement I feel pain on the right hand side of my lower back

Hi, what is your major complain right now? Low back pain or leg pain or both? Also I need to ask you to do certain movement tests in your own to come to a conclusion on what is the reason for your back pain and accordingly o can give you exercises Please consult me online for a thorough online assessment and treatment
