Lower Back problem after horse ride
Hi Doctor,
I am suffering from acute pain in by lower back just above hip on left side. This happened after a horse ride. But didn't feel any pain immediately after that. And now it almost impossible for me bend and also movement of my left leg is constrained .

It's likely that you have a disc prolapse,possibly follow the horse ride.
Visit a spine surgeon at the earliest. Physical examination with MRI will help rule it out.
For the moment, take rest. Avoid bending forwards or lifting weights.
