LOWER BACK PAIN UPTO NECK
SIR I AM HAVING LOWER BACK SPINE PAIN SINCE LAST FOUR DAYS IT STARTS FROM LOWER GOES UPTO NECK AND SHOULDER, AND EVEN MY THIEGHS ARE PAINING DUE TO THIS.

Hello dear .as you say you have pain...and thinks are paining for you...don't worry about it..If you r overweight the reduced your weight start workout with experience physio ...like core muscle exercise, back strengthin activities,pilates,improve your posture....thanks
