Sir! I am 25 years and my height is 6. Couple of weeks before I have back pain which I had get rid of massage and all. But these days again back pain started and I have cough also. So when I sniff it make more pain. So please recommend some medicine and what to do. Have more pain when i stand and sit

Consult Ortho surgeon and get xrays done to rule out disc or bony pathology. You probably require Physiotherapy.
