hi better visit nearby physiotherapy clinic, would be good to evaluate you better to diagnose and to plan treatment. lot of manual therapy and good exercise programme are there to solve your problem soon.

If you have reports send it and I will suggest what you can do at home by yourself until you can arrange a therapist Most of the exercises you can do by yourself Slip discs go back in place once posture is corrected and certain movements band exercises helps to push it back in place which no medicines can do
