Lower back pain
Last 4-5 days i am having a lot of pain in my lower back. Sometimes its even difficult for me to bend forward. Please help me with the same.

You seem to have severe backache especially when bending. This could most likely be due to an acute muscle strain or spasm, and less likely due to a slipped disc. You should consult an Orthopaedic surgeon who may get Xrays of the back done and prescribe medicines.
