Lower back pain in spine

Asked for Male, 29 Years

I have lower back pain in center of spine. I get pain when I about to stand up from sitting position. In January I have a muscle spasm.went for physiotherapy aswell. It was normal for 3-4 months. But from last two months same pain is occurring. I did MRI and uric acid level test. Attached is my MRI report. I have vitamin Deficiency with 7.5 ...I am also having vitamin d3 tablets twice a week. Uric acid level is normal. Could you please tell me how can I get rid of my back pain.
