Lower Back Pain
I'm experiencing lower left back pain for two weeks whenever I bend my back to do some work. Is there a massage oil that I can use for relief?

Hello madam, Massage oil will only give you temporary relief from pain. U can try hot water bag for some relief and visit nearest physiotherapist or consult online for better pain relief

Instead of bending your back to pick up objects (long lever posture), try bending knees and keeping back straight (core engaged) which is closer to the gravity (short lever posture).
Next Steps
You can try spinal stability exercises. A simple  exercise that I can advise is drawing your navel towards your spine (this activates transverse abdominal muscles and your natural "corset" of your body). Holding this for 5 seconds, breathe normally. Increase the duration progressively. You can do this in lying position with knees bent or even in standing.
Health Tips
Avoid standing barefoot or standing for too long. Try actively moving after every 5 minutes and avoid staticly standing.

You can use volini gel or spray provided you are not allergic. You should give hot water fomentation for 10-15 minutes twice a day.
Next Steps
If the pain persist or aggrevates you should consult a physiotherapist or orthopaedist for complete assessment and treatment.
