Lower Back pain
I have lower back pain not severe and stiffnes in my abdominal oblique muscle of left side. It happened in gym after i got up from the bench by twisting my body clockwise. Its been 5 days but still there is little noticeable pain while I sleep in my back. What can i do ?

Hope you are not in too much pain. It's possibly a strain of your left lumbo sacral joint. Use a two inch velcro strap to secure the joint, just like using a gym belt. You may apply ice packs over the joint area for around 10 minutes. If it's not responding in a week's time, consult a physio to mobilize the joint which may be in dysfunction. For preventing recurrence, spend a little time on spinal extension exercises and advice from physio on correct body mechanics while working out in gym. Pls feel to ask for any queries.
