Lower back pain
I have had a lower back pain for about a 8-9 months now. Few months ago, it got fine after taking vitamin supplements, however it is back for the third time in the aforementioned time period. Lower back pain after any sort of lifting, running, sitting for long duration, long drives, sitting without back support. Sometimes, the pain gets too bad so I resort to pain killers, as I have no other option. I visited a physiotherapist once, he asked me to do a couple of lower back exercises, which deals with the situation for a brief while, until I lift or push something heavy, that is. In my opinion, this issue started after a long day at the gym.

Hi..... You may be able to avoid back pain or prevent its recurrence by improving your physical condition and learning and practicing proper body mechanics.... Exercise. Regular low-impact aerobic activities — those that don't strain or jolt your back — increase strength and endurance in your back and allow your muscles to function better. Build muscle strength and flexibility. Maintain a healthy weight. Being overweight strains back muscles. If you're overweight, trimming down can prevent back pain..... ,,
