Lower Back Pain

I have been suffering from lower back pain past 4 years. I have had X-rays, MRIs done but to no avail. Of late, it has started moving upwards and I am having difficulty standing up and walking more than 100 metres. Please advise.

Hi...., You may be able to avoid back pain or prevent its recurrence by improving your physical condition and learning and practicing proper body mechanics.... Stand smart. Maintain a neutral pelvic position.... Good posture can reduce the stress on back muscles.... Maintain a healthy weight. Being overweight strains back muscles. If you're overweight, trimming down can prevent back pain....
