Lower back pain
I have a terrible lower back pain since a long time. I did consult a physio once who stated that I have a sever muscle stretch however wasn't able to continue the treatment. I'm unable to sit or stand for a long time as it hurts way too much. Bending forward is now getting impossible. I'm unable to do any household chores due to this and at times even the spine is at pain. Pls suggest what needs to be done. Thanks!
