Lower back pain
I have a lower back pain issues , and I work in a night shift, recently I have noticed am not able to sit for long hours , I have tried physiotherapy and yoga , it give relief but to some extent working again in those hours increases the pain , my company wants me to get a recommendation from the doctor that am not fit for working in stressful environment and night shift , can I get that ?

Do some exercises of spinal extension and flexion also,. Keep correct your posture always during works and travelling. Thank you
