Lower back pain
I had this lower back injury in sep 2019 while doing bent over rows then consulted a doctor he gave me some medicines and some physiotherapy sessions then I was fine but always had the problem bending forward( even when I was brushing my teeths) so I got a MRI scan done recently  for LS spine the report results were saying that I have buldging disc at L4 -L5 INDENTING THE THECALSAC mild narrowing of bilateral Neural foramina and latral recess, no neural compression So the physiotherapist I contacted gave me some excercises to do but then again while lifting something I got choked and short of breath and since then doing the excercises my lower back is feeling like compressed by something and my posture is leaning backward (as I feels) . So pls suggest me what to do As now iam not even able to bend a little bit and feeling very fragile (lower back)

Pretty young for a back problem. You should take guidance of gym instructor always while doing exercises. If pain is issue and back is bother better consult for proper guidance and treatment. Avoid any weights lifting from ground.
