Post pregnancy lots of women have changed pelvic structures due to expansion of the space during pregnancy. Now those loose ligaments need to heal well after delivery and tighten up again. But if you are deficient in vitamins d and b12 these repairs won't happen and you could end up with loose soft tissues which dont support your back... Leading to chronic pain like yours. So get tested for vitamins and take injection as supplements and see the difference.
Next Steps
consult if needed
Health Tips
take vitamin supplement injections

Back pain mostly after pregnancy is due to weak muscles ..... If there is no radicular pain in legs...u should try some anti-inflammatory medications along with back extension exercises...
