I am suffering from lower back pain from past 10 years. It occurs during weather transition and stay for 2 or 3 weeks. Entire year I have mild pain in lower spice, sometimes I don't feel it all. I have problem in lifting heavy items and sometimes I feel bad when I can even left my child. I am always scared that my back might give up as I don't know when it will increase or decrease. My job is 80% sitting and 20% of moment. I can walk for long but not being able to run due to pain. I have tried few excuse suggested by physiotherapist which helps for few days and subdue the pain but it doesn't make my lower back pain free. Any suggestions?
