I am having lower back pain which is spreading towards right hip towards foot. Undergoing physio also from past 5 days but not much effect. Applying hot and cold pack from past few days as well. While lying down there is relief, but walking and sitting gives pain.

TAKE FOLLOWING MEDICATION AFTER CONSULTING YOUR DOCTOR
ANALGESIC WITH A MUSCLE RELAXANT
ANTACID BEFORE FOOD
VITAMIN B12 1500 Mcgms once a day
Neurotonic
