Your back pain could be due to your disc lesion which your MRI shows.
Next Steps
You should do back stretching and strengthening exercises with proper guidance. You should take Physiotherapy in person in your area. Avoid prolonged standing or sitting or bending activities. Avoid heavy weight lifting. Avoid frequent staircase climbing. Those dimples are your anatomy which is normal.

Hi, First of all nothing to panic. Please check whether you had any fall or slip in recent past which might be causing the pain. It must be mostly due to muscular strain. Try checking your sitting and sleeping postures.  Avoid standing for prolonged periods.
Next Steps
Try some hot water towel wraps for 15 mins every day and do some stretches for lower back. Try maintaining your weight too.

Hi, The MRI is not suggestive of any major issue. So do not panic! To guide you further please tell us about your physical activity levels, your work profile etc. You weight about 80kgs, if there was any sudden increase in weight you are ought to have the disc bulge.. but even without that theory, a significant muscle imbalance can lead to this issue. Also the dimples you are talking about are a normal phenomenon.. they tend to be more prominent in standing than in sitting.. the muscle imbalances could derange your SI joint making the dimples prominent in sitting.
Next Steps
guided exercises can help you get better. please reach out to me for further assistance. we can try this at home itself.
Health Tips
increase physical activity if the pain is not a constant phenomenon!
