I am having back pain for about 5 days back , so I took x ray . Please see the report and suggest me what shall I do. Report attached

Back pain is very common in middle age group due to lifestyle habits Xray shows slight decrease in lumbar lordosis Do vit D3 test

Can take analgesic with muscle relaxant N vit D3 correction if deficient

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any.  - Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. - Keep no pillow under the head. - Avoid painful acts & activities. - Fomentation with warm water. -Let the part not be exposed cold. -Do mild exercises for the affected part.- back and lower limbs  -Any way it may be tried, --. Ugesic (Piroxicam) 20mg 1tab once  a day x 5days  --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1tab Once  a day x 10 days. Hello... The Xrays appear to be normal. Avoid weight lifting and forward bending for some time. Apply hot fomentation for 15 minutes followed by massage with volitra gel for 15 minutes. Take some analgesics. You can continue your daily routine.
Next Steps
consult an orthopaedic surgeon if back pain persists for more than 3 weeks despite above measure.

How it started? After any weight lifting.? Is it radiating to any of your legs ? Is it increasing with forward bending? Need to know your weight and occupation. Diabetics or hypertension? X ray seems ok.

X-rays are normal You should take some rest for a week And some muscle relaxants

Rest for 1 week Tab Hifenac MR : two times a day after food for 5 days Tab pan(40) : once before breakfast for 5 days Tab gabapentin(100 mg) : once after dinner for 7 days
