Looking at your symptoms and MRI scan you appear to have dynamic compression of nerve root of L4. Even though the MRI shows only mild narrowing, when you sit or stand there will be compression of the nerve root. Work on improving you core muscle strength. Do core strengthening exercises, directed physiotherapy and yoga. Take pain killers as needed. If pain continues an x-ray guided nerve root injection will help.
Next Steps
Avoid putting too much stress on your back, maintain good posture and work on strengthening your core muscles.
Health Tips
If the numbness worsens seek immediate Spinal Surgeon opinion.
