Lower back pain
Hi, Since last one week I am feeling pain in my lower back. Specifically on the left side hip. I feel all the muscles around are stressed and pain also travels to legs. I have shown to a doctor and he has given me some muscle relaxant for morning and night and lub. It's been 3 days of taking medication but I can't tell it's actually helping me or not. Even the doctor did not checked my lower back nor a x-ray was done to identify the root cause. He staright away gave me some medicine after I described him my condition. What should I do? Thanks in advance.
