Lower back pain
Hi I am suffering from lower back pain especially at those two points (which look like dimples). Can this be any serioua issue or its just because i sit for longer hours. Kindly help me.

People involved in long sitting postures can get such pain. Follow proper posture while sitting. Take a 1min break every half an hour Stretch yourself during that break. Do toning and stretching excercises to relieve the muscles going into spasm Do strenthening excercises lastly.
