Hello sir, i am 28 year male and have severe lower back pain from last 1 month. and i'm not able to stand properly. i have acidity problem also may be this may be reason for that i dont know. please help me

Get proper evaluation other wise Rest , hot pads, NSAIDS for 2wk will help
