Having mild lower back pain since one month while moving in forward direction, it started one day one i was playing cricket after long time, specially when i was batting and taking my guard on bending my spine in forward direction.

Likely discogenic back pain . Needs evaluation. Start with back exercises,good posture , daily walks , avoid painful activities. Anti inflammatory medicines for the time being.

There is a possibility of acute lower back muscle spasm which might have due to some jerk while playing cricket. There is also a possibility of some soft tissue injury which might be causing the trouble..
Next Steps
I will suggest you to start with hot fomentation, take analgesic and muscle relaxant tablet, apply analgesic ointment at the site of pain for 3-4 times daily..
