Lower back pain
For a year, I've had lower back pain. MRI shows early disc dessication. Medication for 2 months and exercises haven't helped

Pain is not due to disc desiccation in toto. Postural issues , weak muscles , vit d deficiency are the main issues to rectify.

Hello Low back pain in young is quite common nowadays. It’s because of bad posture and long sitting hours. This cause you disc in your back to loose its normal texture of being soft to hard and to break also known as desiccation. Second stage involves slipping of this disc leading to scistica if bad posture or active life style is not achieved. Change in habits helps a lot Avoiding forward bending, long sitting, low sitting, and slouching Good physio strengthening your back and core muscle. Daily walking. And office ergonomics. This small small things will have a larger impact on your back

Posture correction Avoid forward bending and lifting weights, bike riding Physiotherapy back IFT and ULTRASONIC THERAPY and strengthening exercises Sleep on Hard couch and avoid pillow under head and use it under knees
