Lower back pain(DDD)
I am having lower back pain chronically from last 1 year. Low vitamin b12 and d3 found in blood report. X Ray report says L3 L4 L5 disc space reduction and Degenerated disc desease with Muscle spasm. Had treatment three time. Everytime after treatment (medicine and physio therapy) pain comes back even after doing excercises and maintaining proper sitting in office. What can be done to get cured from this frustating lower back pain?

Hello there. It's unfortunate that you are in so much pain. Use a Lumbar corset and try to correct the deficiency of vitamin d3 and b12. Take a multivitamin like cobadex or becosules or absolut 3g one capsule per day after food. Expose your 20 percent of your body in sun everyday for atleast 20-30 minutes a day. Continue physiotherapy as it will strengthen your muscles. Tab. D3 must -60k and chew it every alternate day and drink atleast 1 glass of milk everyday for calcium. If it still persists, consult a orthopedician near you and discuss your case with him, he with Best reach. Fr. Anil Kumar Jain. .
