Hello. From last two years I am frequently getting lower back strain issues specially after continous few days of workout/jogging. Every 6 months I start getting pain in the left side of lowe back just above hip area...which gets bettef after physio session...recenly I visited an ortho doctor and he suggested to take Bio D3 strong &
Vitamin D3. My
B12 Level is 350 & D3 level is 30. He said these levels should be 600 to 700 (B12) & 50 to 60 (D3). Please advise if these supplements can resolve my issue in longer term and what should be ideal duration to take these supplements?
Any other advise will be appreciated? Thanks
