Lower back pain and numbness
I have been in pain for 12 weeks now, I'm a 25 year old female my doctor asked for an MRI, and then gave me some meds and said i need to rest for a month, and I have i was supposed to stop the medication 2 weeks ago but if i skip a day and not take it im in constant pain. Opinion of MRI of the LUMBO- SACRAL SPINE: annular relaxation of L3-L4 through L5-S1 discs minimally encroaching upon neural recesses exit foraminae slightly more at L4-L5 level.

u can go for physiotherapy treatment nearby for the symptoms to settle then do regular exercises for back strengthening
