In all probability your lumbar nerve roots are under pressure, friction and inflammed. Give more details about your life style, weight, presence of Diabetes etc. If you have done X ray lumbo sacral spine, post its report. Then it wil be meaningful discussion.

You can take tab pevesca plus at night after food for one month.
Tab chymoral ap twice a day after food for 5 days.
