Lower back pain...
After secren opration i feel lower back pain.so many doctores give me treatment but all were temporerey benifit....is that teatable?and what the resion ? My x ray is normal..i did phesothropy and had taken so many tablets.i cant stand for a long time.cant set for a long time...now feel hope less.

Hello ma'am
If your X-Ray is normal there may be some muscle pull or bad posture of sleeping
Apply Hot pack twice a day

visit a good physiotherapy centre nearby you where they will give you pain releiving modalities and some exercises

Avoid lifting heavy weights, take care of posture while sitting or standing, avoid using high pillows
