Lower back pain after pregnancy
I am 28 Yrs , I had baby through c-section in oct-2024 since then I am having lower back pain , I have taken all my medicine during that time even I am taking multivitamins now as well ,I am breastfeeding my baby ,first 6 months my baby was only on breastmilk , I have stop wearing heels also still I have extreme pain in my lower back if I have to stand continuously for 1 hour my back start paining like hell

Lower back pain is very common after delivery Do u have any pain radiating to legs I would advise to use proper back rest while sitting for prolong periods or working . You can use topical sprays like moov and if doesnt improve, needs to be evaluated Please connect for further discussion and assistance
