Grade I anterolisthesis of L5 over S1 with bilateral spondylolysis.
Posterior bulge at L5-S1 level causing thecal sac indentation, bilateral neural
foraminal narrowing abutting the exiting nerve roots.
Mild posterior bulge at L1-L2 and L4-L5 levels causing thecal sac indentation.
Bilateral acute sacroiliitis (right >>left).
