L4/L5 disc height and signal are within normal limits shows minimal bulge with out causing nerve root compression .there is no spinal canal or neural foraminal narrowing. The facet joints are within normal limits.otherwise unremarkable MRI of the lumbar spine. All other disc alignments are within normal limits. This my resent MRI results. What is best next step to avoid this pain get back fit condition.

Your pain could be due to muscle compressing the nerve in your butt area...
Kindly do lot of icing and stretch...
Meet a physio to get mobs done...
This will receive pain....
Do core stability exercises...
