Not clear whether it is related to pregnancy.if so it is not very unusual to have all this symptoms.dont worry .and if not associated with pregnancy then I feel you should correct your lifestyle and consult a gastroenterologist if required

Hi.. these are the usual symptoms ocuur due to hormonal changes near period time.. nothing to worry about. These symptoms may not occur every time. So relax. It will be fine on its own.
