Lower abdominal cramps and bloating
From past 3 to 4days causing pain after eating meals. Bloating, back pain like periods pain situation, leg Cramps. But not periods. My last periods date 28/8/2026. From last 2 months gained 3kg weight. Started yoga from lat 2 weeks. Periods cycle is normal. Delays sometimes one week. Otherwise everything normal. Need to know the reasons for cramps and sudden weight gain.
