Lower abdominal pain at one side
I do get such lower abdominal pains exactly at the mid menstrual stage. i guess its the ovulation pain. can it prevent me from getting pregnant

No its a normal symptom,unless u are having PCOs issues and irregular periods where in that needs to be corrected first inorder to conceive.
