I have pain in lower abdomen to testicles,my right testicle looking big compare to left,may i know from which disease im suffering from

From how long u having these? Normally rt one will be slightly bigger than left. If pain is there and u noticed comparatively bigger size, then it may be inflammation of epididymis, orchitis or hydrocele. Consult surgeon
