Hi.. visit a dentist. You might need extraction of wisdom teeth. Signs and symptoms that you have mentioned here are more suggestive of wisdom tooth infection. Regards

Based on the description of your symptoms, most likely you have infection around your erupting wisdom tooth..... please get a proper clinical examination by a dentist and an x-ray called as OPG..... most likely you will be requiring removal of that offending tooth ..... other treatment options if possible can be suggested only after examination and X-rays..... Regards.....

It could be because of your erupting wisdom tooth, better to visit a dentist, have x ray done and under antibiotic coverage, the problem could be solved.

Dear patient, these signs and symptoms are quiet commonly seen when there is an eruption of a wisdom tooth, you will need to visit a dentist, undergo a radiographic examination & start antibiotic coverage prescribed by your dentist, who will then decide whether this tooth needs to be extracted or any other alternative treatment plan.
