My height is 170cm n weight is 42 kgs. I want to gain weight so that my body looks in good proportion. Pls. Provide me with a diet plan for the same.

For gaining weight follow healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening which increase ur metabolism. Don't skip ur breakfast which increase ur appetite. Take high calorie and rich protein In ur diet. Add plenty of water. Add good fat and nuts in ur diet. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet.
