Low Weight issue post pregnancy
I am breastfeeding since last year Nov 2022.My last weight during pregnancy was 74 , I am 5'1. My current weight is 53.20 (before I got pregnant my weight was 56), as suggested I have checked my thyroid levels as well but they are fine, hemoglobin, iron everything is fine. I keep a fast on Monday since this month because of religious beliefs. I avoid sugar ,maida and oily food, I am vegetarian and eat mostly homemade food. I know my weight is little less but even though my baby is on solids, she demands breastmilk . Is my weight on a lower side , will it increase after I stop breastfeeding

The reason for weight loss while breastfeeding would be the increased calorie demand while breastfeeding So yes if you continue to the eat the same amount of calories once you stop breast  feeding you might end up gaining weight
