Hello there. I calculated your BMI and it comes just under 17. 22 would be a ideal BMI goal. Have a high protein diet with consisting eggs and pulses, have atleast 5 meals a day.1 glass of milk every night before you sleep. Hit the gym and build muscle mass by weight training. Consult a dietician for your detailed diet chart. Regards
