For gaining weight follow healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening Take high calorie and rich protein In ur diet. Add plenty of water. Add good fat and nuts in ur diet. Avoid junk and oily food.

Hi For losing weight there is no home remedy, it's just you need to take a healthy low calorie balanced plan for weight loss under the expert advice.
